We are committed to identifying and mentoring our future leaders. At PageGroup, not only do we take great pride in what we do, but we’re extremely passionate about it. We aspire to help people be the best they can be whether they’re looking for a career in recruitment or come from underprivileged backgrounds and need a helping hand getting into the workforce.
At PageGroup, we want to ensure that young people have the best start possible. In order to do this, we have implemented a number of internship programmes that offer far more than an ordinary job – an experience which is rich, fun, rewarding and determined to put them ahead in their career.
In our UK operations, we have two internship programmes for students currently studying at university which include on-the-job training, development and exposure to real projects that give our interns the opportunity to work with great people, while earning a competitive salary. Our Summer Internship is an eight-week programme that takes place over the summer holidays, while the Work & Learn programme allows students to work alongside their university term and holidays in chosen PageGroup offices.
“We believe that it’s our responsibility to take action and implement initiatives that provide our youth with the right foundations for a rewarding career. The world has never been more complex, so it’s vital that young people can differentiate themselves and a great way of doing this is by gaining real-life business experience. We appreciate that this can be tough when trying to reduce financial debt accrued through studies, so we have made sure our Work & Learn and graduate programmes offer competitive salaries.”
